【岗位职责】
1、负责客房及公共区域的清洁、整理工作，确保符合酒店卫生标准。
2、检查并补充客房内的各类用品（如毛巾、洗漱用品、茶饮等），保证物品充足且摆放规范。
3、及时上报客房设施设备的损坏或故障，并跟进维修进度。
4、按标准流程处理客人退房及续住需求，协助完成房态更新。
5、提供基础的客房服务（如加床、开夜床等），响应客人的合理需求。
6、遵守酒店安全及保密制度，妥善保管客房钥匙及客人遗留物品。
【岗位要求】
1、年龄18-55岁，初中及以上学历，身体健康，能适应倒班工作制。
2、具备酒店房务或保洁相关经验者优先，无经验可培训上岗。
3、工作细致认真，责任心强，具备基本的服务意识和沟通能力。
4、能熟练使用清洁工具及设备，掌握基础客房服务流程。
5、无不良嗜好，无犯罪记录，需提供健康证明。
