• 制定年度培训计划及预算，准备酒店季度报告；发展和维护酒店培训设备设施；准备月度培训计划和安排培训课程； 维护、监督和管理培训记录。 
• 提供及保证服务质量和具备奢华顾客体验的培训项目； 组织大使关系活动；协助筹备社区服务及福利活动。   
• 对于酒店内的各部门开展年度培训进行需求分析，并且将酒店年度培训计划与业务计划相结合。
• 回顾培训政策、程序和实践，并且向管理层提出改进的建议。
• 协调各部门经理，来帮助他们识别部门培训师和培训机会。
•根据需求为员工设计职业生涯规划，提供培训和个人发展等相关咨询。
•在培训课程中最大化地提供有创造性和影响力的学习环境
• Develop annual hotel training plans and budget, prepare quarterly reports to management; develop and maintain hotel’s training facilities; prepare the monthly training calendar and arrange the training course; maintain, supervisory and management training records.
• Provide training to support quality standards to ensure a luxury guest experience; organize Colleague Relations activities; coordinate on community service activities.
• Conduct an annual training needs analysis for each department within the hotel and incorporate the hotel’s training plan with the Business Plan of the hotel.
• Review training policies, procedures and practices and recommends improvement to management.
• Coordinate with the department managers to help identify departmental trainer and training opportunities.
•Counsel hotel personnel as needed in areas such as career planning, training and development etc.
•Maximize learning by providing a creative and efficient environment in the delivery of training sessions.
