• 向销售部总监汇报市场信息，包括本市场状况、竞争对手情况、客户反馈意见等。
• 以外出销售、电话联络和信函等方式与所辖区客户保持高度联系。
• 处理客户的来电、来函。
• 协调安排自己所辖客户在酒店的大型活动及VIP的接待工作。
• 熟悉自己客户分类情况及各客户的需求特点和主要的竞争对手。
