1.参加酒店节能计划。
2.处理所有工作请求和检修工作。
3.为各类工程设备、机房和系统的全部检修和保养提供专业知识。
4.根据工程要求准备零部件清单。
5.准备详细的年度维护计划和每个项目对应的定期维护要求。
6.准备每月的维修进度报告。
7.必要时或在上级的指导下与酒店客人和外部承包商沟通和合作。
8.必要时与其他部门沟通和合作，为宴会、促销活动和节庆活动提供额外或专门的服务。
9.熟悉物业安全、急救和消防及应急程序，安全、合理地操作设备。
1.Participates in Hotel Energy Conservation Program.
2.Attends to all work requests and repairs and maintenance works.
3.Provide special expertise to all repair and maintenance of various engineering equipment, plants and systems.
4.Prepare spare parts lists for engineering requirements.
5.Prepares detail annual maintenance plan and periodic maintenance requirements for each respective item of those.
6.Prepares monthly Maintenance Status Report.
7.Interacts and cooperates with Hotel guests and outside contractors as necessary or directed by superior.
8.Interacts and cooperates with other departments when necessary to provide additional or specialized services for functions, promotions and festivities.
9.Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
