1.  Manage the Laundry training, assign work, and monitor the quality of the laundry and quantities.负责全体洗衣房员工的管理培训，人员调配工作，监督所在部门的生产经营。
2.  Produce daily report, ensure accurate data. Keep improving departmental productivity.制作每日生产报告，确保数据准确，不断提高部门劳动生产率。
3. Ensure that all items laundered and dry-cleaned are finished to the highest standard achievable and returned to the guests or staff in immaculate condition.确保酒店洗衣间的全部布草都按所能达到的最高标准进行清洗或干洗， 保持清洁无瑕并送还给客人或员工。
4.To make inspection trips through entire area checking on productive methods and procedures.负责检查洗涤的方法和过程。
5.To check washing formulas and make corrections and improvement whenever necessary.负责检查洗衣流程，如果必要进行修正和改善。
6.To report directly to the Executive Housekeeper keeping him advised of progress and practices.直接向行政管家报告洗衣房的工作状况和设备状况。
7.To confer with assistant and supervisors on production and personnel problems.和下属员工交流工作情况和工作表现等。
8.To confer with maintenance mechanics regarding repairs and replacement problems.和有关人员沟通，解决设备维修、保养和替换的问题。

16. Responsible for careful handling of chemicals to avoid accidents.负责酒店化学药品管理，防止事故。
17.To arrange contacts with other laundry managers in other leading hotels for updated information and price setting.   和其它洗衣房经理保持联系，了解好的洗涤方法、程序、洗涤剂，以及洗涤报价。
18.To establish production standard’s records and training techniques.建立产品标准记录和培训技能记录。
19.To make recommendations to the manager on all phases of the laundry operation and advise him of the latest ideas and equipment.向上级提供洗衣市场的情况，提出好的建议和采购设备的建议。
20. Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.坚持酒店的清洁和养护程序。
21.Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area.保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。
