1.      Assisting associates tocomplete their job assignments in a safe and professional manner.

2.      Maintain clean and sanitizedfood preparation areas and equipment, to include the correct temperature ofdish washing machine operations as par Marriott brand Standard.

3.      Responsible for propercleaning and storage of all china, glass, silver and service equipment.

4.      Enforce the “Clean As You Go”policy and lead by example in this regard.

5.      Coordinate the efficientdistribution of all supplies and equipment to all food and beverage outlets,geared to anticipated business volumes.

8.      Responsible for thecleanliness of floors, walls, ceilings and exhaust hoods throughout all Kitchenareas, to include the removal of trash to the garbage room.

9.      Ensure Daily sanitationinspections are conducted and follow up.

12.   Responsible for the refillingof hand soap and paper towels in all hand washing stations throughout the Foodand Beverage areas.

13.   Maintains and is responsiblefor the removal of all broken glass and china receptacles and disposing of alldamaged material in safe manner.

14.   Maintains a safe workenvironment by the constant attention to floor cleanliness and the safeoperation of cleaning equipment and tools.

15.   Manage the interviewing,selection, hiring, orientation, training, coaching, counseling and evaluatingof all Stewarding associates.

16.   Ensure that all Stewardingassociates receive proper training to minimize controllable losses.

22.   Conduct monthly and annualchina, glass and silver inventories.

23.   Conduct associate training onproper equipment, chemical usage.

24.   Follow and maintain allMarriott International Food Handling and Storage and Sanitation standards atall times.  Conduct monthly audits ofKitchen sanitation and proper stewarding procedures with the Executive ChefWestern and Executive Chef Chinese with appropriate documentation and followup.

25.   Ensure proper scheduling ofassociates based on Business needs.

根据客情保证有准确的人员安排

26.   Monthly breakage report foreach department, conduct training to reduce the breakage.

每月各部门的破损报告,并组织防损培训

27.   Monotorise chemicalsconsumption in all outlets.

监督管理各部门的药品药粉消耗

28.   Complete kitchen inspectiondaily from night cleaning company.

完成厨房每天的夜班检查工作

29.   Meet weekly with Mr Cleanmanagement to discuss challenge.  

每周与Mr.Clean进行工作总结和提出困难

30.   Arrange daily briefing withMr clean team and hotel evening supervisor.

每天安排和Mr.clean例会及同夜班主管的例会

31.   Check daily work schedule tosee which stewards are working in each area and make sure all areas have beencovered.

每天查看排班表并保证酒店内所有区域都有工作人员

32.   Do inspections, take note ofany areas that are not up to the standards or that need maintenance andfollow-up.

检查卫生, 对所有没有达到标准的地方做下记录并跟进

33.   Report to the Executive ChefWestern any unusual incidents or accidents that have occurred throughout theshift.

及时向西餐行政总厨报告所发生的事故

34.   Check that associates haveall the proper cleaning supplies and equipment needed and that they are in goodoperating condition. 保证员工有保证良好营运的所有清洁用品和设备
