1.    Follow all hotel and company policies andprocedures.

2.    To monitor on a continuous basis the storage,backup, performance and proper functioning of but not limited to, the followingareas:

-         Safekeeping of all information storage devicesand media such as diskettes, tapes, CD.

3.    To extend full support to users of the abovecomputer systems and provide effective solutions to computer related problem incoordination and as guided by the System Manager.
听从系统经理的安排，为使用电脑系统的用户提供有效的，与电脑相关的问题的解决方案。
4.    To coordinate the timely repairs and return toservice of any faulty systems and/or equipment.
及时调整，送修有问题的系统和配件。
5.    To refresh from time to time the implementationof established emergency procedures to continue hotel operations in the eventof system failure.
定期更新完成系统紧急处理程序，来保证在系统瘫痪情况下的酒店运作。
6.    To assist System Manager in formulating, fromtime to time, new policies and procedures that can continuous improve thesupport functions of System Department and the security of the computer system.
协助系统经理定期更新发布新的政策，程序，帮助提高电脑房的工作效率，并提高系统的安全性。
7.    To assist in the training of all system users inthe effective use of systems.
协助培训系统用户更有效的使用系统。
8.    To ensure that preventive maintenances ofsoftware and equipment are carried out timely and effectively.
定期检查酒店维护的软件已经硬件，确保没有被私自携带出酒店。
9.    To ensure the work area is free from all hazardsincluding but not limited to unauthorized entries, fire, pollutions, theft etc.
确保工作区域安全，不受非法进入，火灾，辐射，盗窃等的威胁

a.    To respond to the changes in department functionsas dictated by the industry, the company or the hotel.
按照业主、公司或酒店发出的指令对部门职能的改变进行相应的调整。    
b.    To provide courteous and professional service andto maintain good working relationships with all hotel associates.
与酒店所有员工维持良好的工作关系并提供礼貌且专业的服务。
c.    To have a complete understanding of the hotelassociate handbook and to adhere to the regulations contained therein.
对酒店员工手册有完全的理解，并遵守其中所包含的所有章程。
d.    To have a complete understanding of the hotelpolicies relating to fire, safety and hygiene.
对酒店的火灾、安全和卫生方面的相关政策有完全的理解。
e.    To carry out any other duties andresponsibilities as assigned.
