Responsible for the routine work and management of the ENG duty team, and complete the dispatch, record, order, statistics and preservation of daily maintenance orders. (Flexible and efficient scheduling of the team).

Timely and effectively organization of staff to deal with emergencies.

Responsible for the inspection of equipment in public area and fault detection in a timely manner, sending the maintenance request as the work distribution, giving feedback and supervises the completion of the maintenance.
做好公共区域设备的巡视、检查，发现故障及时以维修单方式派出，并做反馈记录，督促完成。
Answer the questions raised by housekeeping or other department in regard to engineering issues (reach the site on time when any engineering issues raised or complained by guests, and solve the problem in an efficient way)
解答客房部或领导对待维修提出的各种质疑。（住客房或公共区域关于工程问题客人投诉需第一时间赶到现场）。
Finish other tasks assigned by manager.

Responsible for collecting the data of hotel energy consumption, control and preservation of the energy and to ensure energy consumption data is clear and true.
负责酒店能耗数据的填写、控制和保存，确保能耗数据清晰、完整、真实。
Daily Management and calibration for the equipment and Instrumentation, ensure the accuracy is in a acceptable range.
负责酒店各类仪器仪表的日常管理和定期检测工作，确保其使用过程的监视和测量符合标准，为产品符合确定的要求提供依据。
 Responsible for department routine work, dispatching daily maintenance work, arrange to solve the difficult problems, inspect and detect any errors in the public areas, kitchens, courtyards, room, etc., to ensure that equipment is running normally.
负责工程部值班，分派日常维修工作，安排解决急难的修理问题，巡查各公共区域、厨房、庭院、机房等，确保设备运行正常。
Deal with email in and out in regard to engineering problems.
邮件收发处理。
Responsible for the annual budget within his field such as: outsourcing contracts, equipment annual calibration, energy consumption forecasting, spare parts, etc. At the same time being responsible for guiding and training the supervisor in regard to the execution and contents of the contracts.
各专业工程师负责本专业年度预算制定如：外包合同、仪器年度检测、能耗、材料等。同时负责指导本专业主管对外包合同内容及仪器检测事项的实施。
