ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  主要工作职责：
1.           Capability on using Opera sales and catering system but not limited to Opera.
有足够能力操作酒店销售系统，不限于Opera。
2.          Prepare proposals and contracts appropriately.
正确地准备各种报价与合同。
3.          Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEO) for internal and external events, including last minute event orders / change log to relevant departments, removing outdated BEO and change log from clip boards.
准备与分发酒店内部及外部活动的宴会，包括派发宴会单及宴会更改单到其他相关部门，以及处理过期的宴会单及宴会更改单等。
4.         Maintain the business development database in Opera and participates in direct marketing assignments.
维护Opera的客户数据库并参与直接参与市场推广任务。
5.          Attend to the sales phone calls and all incoming telephone calls within 3 rings.
必须接听所有的业务电话及电话响三声以内接听。
6.         Act on guests’ requests and provide initial suggestions to sales enquiries during Catering Sales’s absence.
在会议宴会销售不在现场的情况下，及时回应客人的咨询并提供相关的意见。
7.          Handle department’s incoming and outgoing mails/faxes/correspondence.
处理部门的邮件，传真及信件。
8.         Distribute inquiries immediately and ensure the related Catering Sales people respond within 24 hours.
及时向宴会销售人员报告生意线索确保负责人员能在二十四小时内回复。
9.         Clear past event files from the slot for filing and pass the current or future event files to catering sales managers for follow up.
清除过期活动的文件，把正在或即将进行活动的文件交给宴会销售经理跟进。
10.       As per Catering Sales’ instruction to send proper hotel information to the client.
根据宴会销售的指示，向客户发送正确的酒店信息。
11.         Remind the corporate guest/ wedding couple to collect corporate/ wedding cards if requests.
如有要求，提醒商务客人或准新人来取邀请函或请帖。
12.        If requests, organize food tasting schedules and menus.
如有要求，准备客人试菜计划及菜单。
13.        Prepare requisite and stock control of collateral, printed material, stationery, corporate gifts and promotional items.
准备好必需的会议材料，文具，公司礼品及促销产品。
14.       Prepare tent-cards, place cards or nametags for events in timely manner, when required.
如有要求，按时准备并放好开会人士的名卡。
15.        Ensure proper filing and indexing of all documents.
确保全部文件及索引的正确性。
16.       Generate 14-day Event Forecast every Tuesday to the Director of Catering & Events and share in the weekly S&M meeting.
每周二向会议及宴会销售总监提交未来14天宴会活动预报表，并在周会上分享。
17.        Generate 30-day Event Forecast every last Friday of the month to the Director of Catering and Events.
每个月最后一个星期五向会议及宴会销售总监提交未来30天宴会活动与报表。
18.       Attend the weekly S&M meeting and other related meetings, and may be required to take minutes of meetings.
每周参加市场销售部周会及相关会议，并根据要求作会议记录。
19.       Lead site-inspections when required.
带领并协调实地考察。
