Represent AmanSpa in a professional manner and well-groomed always.

Provide continuous guest service and anticipation of guests’ needs.

Able to guild rapport with guests, ask for visit expections, requests and comments.

Courteously interact and answer all facility-related questions with members and Guests.
和宾客及会员相互配合,并回答他们提出的跟设备有关的问题。
Collection, completion and submission of daily checklists at the start of each shift to ensure the understanding and preparation of the facility for clients, maintenance throughout the day and clearly monitoring the specific needs of the operation for the day to ensure perfect guest service

Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility. This includes the set up of the treatment environment, cleaning of the treatment room after completion of the treatment and refilling, setting up the treatment room for the next therapist and guest.

Assist in any and all ways in the spa when not scheduled to perform spa treatments. This assistance is to include acting as Spa receptionist, retail specialist, treatment trainer, and any duties as assigned by the Spa Manager.

Enforce the policies to provide a fair and safe environment to our guests.

Constantly maintain an up to date knowledge of spa services performed and any revisions in the skin care products or procedures used.

Be willing and enthusiastic in learning and conducting all spa treatments to all clients, regardless of facial, body, aesthetic, nail treatments or male or female guests. This position is constantly evolving and the Spa Supervisor should be fully conversant in every spa treatment conducted at Spa, and all products used.

Answer all questions related to services performed and products used.
