岗位职责/职位描述

养云安缦酒店全新打造高端港式打边炉-银庐火锅餐厅

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  主要工作职责:

·           Ensure that you work to the best of your ability and set an example to other staff.

确保尽最大的努力,并为其他员工树立榜样;

·           To ensure your standards of personal grooming and hygiene meet those lay down by the resort.

确保个人仪容和卫生标准符合度假村的规定;

·           Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

保持积极专业的态度;

·           To be a member of a team dedicated to providing the best in quality and service.

成为一个致力于提供最好的质量和服务的团队的成员;

·           To report of work with plenty of time to change into clean and proper uniform, complete with nametag.

工作前预留充裕的时间换上干净和合适的制服,并佩戴工作名牌;

·           When arriving for work at the beginning of your shift, report directly to your manager or supervisor.

当你开始工作的时候,可直接向你的经理或主管汇报工作;

·           To maintain and clean all necessary equipment, station and furniture associated to your outlet.

维护和清洗餐厅的所有设备设施以及餐具摆设;

·           To notify your Supervisor / Manager immediately of hazards, injuries or equipment damage/ breakage assistance needed.

如有任何危险、伤害或设备损坏/破损的东西立即通知餐饮主管/经理协助;

·           To respect all resort property and minimize wastage and breakage of all equipment and supplies.

维护、爱惜酒店财产,减少所有设备和用品的浪费和破坏;

·           To keep all service areas adequately stocked with necessary equipment both for during and after service hours.

 

 

在服务中以及服务后,为所有的服务区域提供足够的设备;

·           To assist other service staff in preparation on mise-en-place, lying of tables, cleaning of glass etc.

协助其他服务人员,对餐桌、器皿清洁等方面进行准备工作;

·           The ability to maintain sufficient supplies of stock to ensure smooth operations.

保持足够的库存以确保平稳运行。

·           The ability to perform all opening and closing duties.

执行所有的开档,收档工作的能力。

·           Keep comfortable ambience of the restaurant.

保持餐厅的氛围和环境让人感到舒适;

·           Ensures the restaurants are well prepared to receive guests as in the lighting is correct, background music is on according to standard, restaurant and the entrance are clean and facility is in order. Is responsible to report and follow up on any maintenance or cleaning requirements, takes care of unwanted loiterers in the restaurant.

要确保餐厅做好了迎接客人的准备,比如灯光及背景音乐是否达到了标准,餐厅和入口的卫生和设施是否正常运行。在发现有任何未达到卫生和保养的要求,有责任通知相关部门进行及时的处理和跟进。关注那些在餐厅毫无目的闲逛外来参观者;

·           Familiarize themselves with today’s reservation to ensure the guests are properly met upon in and out restaurant. 


要清楚的掌握当天的餐饮预订,有特殊要求的客人的信息,要确保他们在餐厅用餐的时候都得到热情接待;

·           Greet guests pleasantly and courteously, and bring guests to seat quickly and courteously.

热情礼貌的问候客人,并引领客人尽快入座;

·           Offer drinks to guests, and the drinks serverd within reasonable time.

提供饮料供客人选择,饮料在合适时间内送达;

·           Familiarize with the menu and products, present and recommend menus, and repeat the order.

熟悉菜单和餐厅产品,为客人提供菜单并做介绍和推荐,重复客人的点单;

·           The ability to observe guest’s experiences in the restaurant and anticipate their needs.

能够观察客人在餐厅的用餐过程,并预测他们的需求,超前服务;

·           To ensure the ordered items are nice visual appeal and serverd at the correct temperature,

确保客人所点的餐品或饮品看起来赏心悦目,并且温度合适;

·           To ensure the food serving speed is good.

确保上菜速度迅速;

·           Take aeay the used empty plates as soon as possible to ensure a clean table.

及时收走客人用过的空盘子保持桌面整洁;

·           To ensure the bill is presented promptly with a folder and pen.

确保账单及时提供,并附上账单夹和笔;

·           Personnel say goodbye, say thank you and escort you to the gate.

与客人热情道别,感谢客人光临并送客人至餐厅门口;

·           Remember guests are always your priority in any aspect of your work.

记住,客人永远是你工作的重点;

·           Espouse and advertise teamwork.

支持和宣传团队合作;

·           To ensure know, understand and always follow department policies and procedures.

确保了解并遵守部门的政策和程序;

 

 

·           To ensure that you are adhere to your outlet sequence of service.

确保、坚持你的服务符合餐厅的服务标准;

·           Take record and confirm restaurant reservations / cancellations in accordance with departmental standards.

根据部门标准接受,记录和确认餐厅预定/取消;

·           To ensure that you are always followed your supervisor direction.

听从上司的指示;

·           Receiving of F&B goods and products as appointed by supervisor.

接受主管指定的餐饮商品和产品;

·           Successful completion of the training / certification process.

顺利完成相关的培训/认证工作;

·           To attend all briefing and meetings as scheduled by manager or supervisor.

按照经理或主管的要求参加所有的会议;

·           The ability to respond properly in any Resort emergency situation.

在任何紧急情况下正确地作出反应;

·           Be familiar with all resort service / features and local attractions/ activities to respond accurately to any guest inquiry.

熟悉所有酒店服务/特征和本地的观光景点以便可准确的回答客人的询问;

·           Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Promote positive guest relation at all times.

预见客人的需求,无论多忙和无论多晚对所有的客人的要求都要迅速的作出回应。与客人建立一个良好的关系;

·           Monitor and handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.

根据部门标准掌握和处理客人的抱怨并确保客人满意;

·           Access all functions of the MICROS system, all cashiering related duties and payment handling procedures in accordance to specifications.

根据特殊情况能钩进行所有相关的MICROS系统的操作,所有与出纳相关的职责和付款处理程序;

·           Ensure all cashiering procedures are processed in compliance with finance department standards. 

确保按照所有收款员按照财务部工作流程工作;

·           Issue manual checks when the system is down and ensure accountability of such.

在电脑系统瘫痪的时候懂得使用手写帐单;

·           Print out shift revenue report and fill out the daily cahier report, inform the major data to restaurant management.

班次结束前打印收入报表,填写当日收银员报告,并将主要数据通知管理团队;

·           Support the resort’s guests database building by actively engaging in guests relations, collecting contact information, and keeping contact with guests of the resort.

通过积极参与宾客关系、收集联系信息和与酒店宾客保持联系,支持酒店的宾客数据库建设。

·           Cross-train to provide excellent service in any F&B department as scheduled / allocated.

 

 

按计划或分配在餐饮部提供优质服务;

·           The ability to perform cross-training and other tasks or projects as assigned by F&B management.

能够完成由餐饮管理人员安排的各部门轮岗工作,以及其他任务或项目。
