•In charge of the operation and maintenance of the central system and icehouse、refrigerator、refractor.
 负责全酒店中央系统和冷库、冷柜、制冷机、雪粒机等制冷设备的操作运行，维修保养。
•To guarantee the hot/cool air condition demand of the hotel, to guarantee the whole refrigerator in normal operation mode.
 保证酒店对冷暖空调 和通风的要求；保证所有制冷设备运行正常。
•To coordinate and supervise and the air condition worker.
 负责协调、督促空调运行值班员和制冷维修员的工作。
•To assist the assistance chief engineer to lay down the maintenance plan and spare part supplementary plan, and carry out under the guide of the assist chief engineer and maintenance engineer.
  协助副总工程师/维修工程师制订设备维修保养计划和备品备件补充计划，并在副总工程师/维修工程师的指导下具体组织实施。

 对本系统工程缺陷提出自已的见解。
•In charge of the public tools and spare part.
 负责公用工具和备品备件的管理工作。
•Reports the staff performance to the department head on actual situation, and advance the award and punish suggest.

•Master theoretical knowledge and operation skill of his major, and assist the department to train the staff.
 熟练掌握本专业理论知识和实际操作技术，协助部门培训员工。
•To assist the duty engineer to guarantee the normal operation of the hotel.
 协助当值工程师保证酒店保持正常运行。
•To accept and obey the work distributes by duty engineer, and seriously do it.
 接受和服从当值工程师分配的工作，并不折不扣地贯彻。
•In charge of the finish and construction quality of the work order, return work order and report contraction situation to the duty engineer in time.
 对工单的完成和施工质量负责，并及时向当值工程师返回工单处理结果及施工实况。
•To assist the engineer to compile the maintenance plan and purchasing plan of spare part.
  配合工程师制定维修保养和备品备件订购计划。     
•To attend the important maintenance item, and obey engineer order.
 参加重要维修项目，听从工程师指挥。
•To do the maintenance plan seriously, and do the daily、monthly、annual maintenance work, to guarantee the intact rate above 95%.
  不折不扣执行保养计划，做好日、月、季、年度的保养工作，保证设备完好率达95％以上。  
•To assist the staff work seriously、high efficient、safe. And assist the duty engineer to examine the construction progress and quality.
  积极配合员工认真、高效、安全工作，并协助当值工程师检查施工进度和质量。
•To seriously patrol and inspect his major equipment ,take note of the operation  data, and  report the equipment operation .In charge of have his own idea of  the  operation、maintenance 、renewal、rectify of the equipment.
  仔细巡查所属设备，如实记录设备运行数据，并及时向当值工程师汇报设备运行之真实状态，并有责任对系统设备的操作、运行、维护保养、更新和改造提出自己的见解和建议。
•To associate and help other group.
  密切配合和协助其他班组工作。
•Carries out the rule of the hotel and department and the policy of the government.         
  认真执行酒店、部门的各项规章制度和国家有关政策法规。     
•According to the department rule, properly arrange the duty list. 
  按部门规定合理编排员工当值表。
•To keep the generator room、duty room and the work shop safe and clean.
  保证所属机房、值班室和工场间的安全、清洁卫生。
•To keep care of the public tools.
  保管班组共有用工具。
•To resolve the technical problem. To guide the subornation in technical, and have the responsibility to improve their technical standard. 
  解决工作中出现的技术难题。在专业技术方面指导下属员工，并有责任不断提高他们的技术水准。

When plans for a much-needed reservoir were approved in 2002, the fate of these remnants of Old China appeared to be sealed, but Fuzhou native and philanthropist, Ma Dadong, was determined to prevent their destruction. He conceived a bold plan to relocate to Shanghai as many Ming and Qing Dynasty villas as possible, as well as 10,000 camphor trees. Aman joined the restoration project in 2009, and today, the completed Amanyangyun includes a comprehensive Aman Spa, a wide variety of restaurants and the cultural centre Nan Shufang.
