岗位职责/职位描述

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  主要工作职责:

Role, task and responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:

Understanding of Spa concept spa reservation system, data quality, reporting and liaison with the IT and Finance departments and vendor to ensure seamless service and quality information, financial records, in conjunction with Spa Supervisor.

了解掌握水疗预定系统,熟悉相关报告,数据以及跟IT财务相关的信息内容。及时跟水疗主管跟进所有的信息及财务记录等。

Collection, completion and submission of daily checklists at the start of each shift to ensure the understanding and preparation of the facility for clients, maintenance throughout the day and clearly monitoring the specific needs of the operation for the day to ensure perfect guest service.

收集,完成,提交每个班次的每日检查报表,并充分准备为客人提供服务。维护并清楚了解每天需要准备哪些运营所需物品,并保证给客人提供完美的服务。

Provide administrative support to spa departments as needed.

根据要求,为水疗部门提供行政支持。

Ensure smooth operation of reception, hosting and reservations to maximise revenue.

确保接待、住宿及预订的流畅运营。

Provide spa tours, when needed.

必要时带领宾客参观水疗。

To attend promotional functions as appropriate.

提供适当的促销服务。

Handle special assignments.

处理特别任务。

Co-ordinate sales activities when needed.

必要时协调销售活动。

Maintain accurate records as required.

根据要求保持准确记录。 

Assist in the administration and implementation of Staff training in all aspects of the  Spa’s operations, i.e. business telephone usage, guest relations, retail sales, spa services (massage, facial, etc.).

协助面向所有员工的水疗运营各方面培训管理与实施,即业务电话使用、宾客关系、零售及水疗服务(按摩、面部护理等)。

Assist in the supervision, operation and coverage of all spa departments:

协助所有水疗部门的监督、运营及覆盖。

Maintain inventory and stocking of all reception materials.

负责所有接待材料的库存与储藏。

Act as a liaison between spa and internal and external contacts.

作为水疗与内部及外部联系的联系人。

Keep quality service standard to internal and external guests.

保证向酒店内部和外部客人提供高质量的服务。

Maintain working equipments and facilities in good conditions.

维护酒店设施设备的正常运转。

Keep working environment neat and tidy.

保持工作环境整洁。

Meet all green requirements.

达到绿色酒店的要求。

Implements and completes the assigned tasks, not limited to the described on this job description.

OTHER RESPONSIBLITIES 其他工作职责:   

Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures Manual.

遵从《标准运营程序手册》。

Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the Wellness facility.

确保为养生中心服务的运作提供充足的库存。

Maintain accurate records as required by hotel and government regulations.

根据酒店及政府条例要求,保持准确记录。

Attend weekly/monthly facility operations departmental communications meeting.

参加周、月度水疗部门运营交流会议。

Follow and ensure that all Employees follow all safety procedures and practices.

遵从并确保所有员工遵从安全程序与实践。

Adhere to facility operations departmental emergency procedures/safety manual.

遵从运营部门紧急程序/安全手册。

Ensure all departments adhere to all safety practices of Aman Wellness Center.

确保所有部门遵从安缦养生中心的所有安全实践。

Responsibility for revenue maximisation and cost control within the Wellness Centre, by ensuring effective scheduling of therapists, receptionists, treatment reservations, retail sales opportunities, repeat bookings, fitness classes, and working in conjunction with the Spa Management to achieve all financial targets set for Wellness Center.

通过分析每日预订、未来预订并与相应的水疗经理、主管及协调员共同制定计

划,实现养生中心的收入最大化。

Maintain the reception in peak condition at all times, while adhering to all aspects of the operations budget, including payroll.

确保接待部在任何时候都保持最佳状况,并遵从包括薪酬支付等各方面运营预算。

Ensure reception department maintains a positive relationship with all departments in the Wellness Center and hotel.

确保接待部门与养生中心及酒店其他部门保持良好关系。

Ensure all Colleagues adhere to all hotel standards as stated in the employee handbook.

确保所有员工遵从员工手册规定的所有酒店标准。

Ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).

确保养生中心任何时候都处于最佳状态(运营与洁净)。

Ensure Guest/Member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is  always the Wellnes Center's first priority.

通过确保养生中心始终以安全与服务为重,保证宾客/会员总能够得到满意。
