岗位职责/职位描述

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  主要工作职责:

•Implementation of all training programs.

实施所有的培训课程。

•Design and implement General Core and Management programs.

设计和实施公司总的核心训练及管理项目。

•Monitor departmental practice and activities.

监控各部门集训活动的开展情况。

•Conduct Training Needs Analysis for management and supervisory employees to identify and determine training needs.

分析并确定主管和经理层员工的培训需求。

•Analyze guest questionnaires and results of guest feedback so as to feedback for identifying and determining the training needs.

对客人意见调查表及客人满意度调查结果进行分析和结果反馈,以确认培训需求。

•Develop the company’s annual training plan and ensure they are in line with the operational strategy.

制定公司的年度培训计划确保这些计划符合公司的营运策略。

•Set objectives for all training programs and quality development and control to be conducted for the year.

为所有年度的培训项目服务质量检查和控制设立完成目标。

•Set the Evaluation System for training program.

为培训课程设立评估体系。

•Set performance standards for departmental trainers.

为部门培训导师设立评估标准。

•Prepares weekly and monthly training and quality audit schedules and monthly training and quality inspection report.

制作每周和每月培训计划及质检方案,以及月度培训报告和质检报告。

•Attend departmental training session and critique performance.

出席各部门开展的培训课程,并评估部门培训表现。

•Do the spot checks on all lessons that are organized by the department.

检查所有部门组织的培训课程并以专业的方式进行。

•Supervises and evaluates outsider trainers’ performances together with related feedback from employees and plan future sessions accordingly.

根据员工的反馈意见,管理和评估外聘教师的授课表现,并据此做好今后课程的安排。

•Establish a training library of books, videos, journals and audio visual materials in accordance with the budget to assist trainers in their training programs and for employee personal development.

在培训预算范围内,建立公司培训资料库,包括书籍、杂志、及声像制品的培训图书馆,以帮助部门培训员更好地开展培训课程及帮助员工进行个人发展。

•Maintain all training records and manage all updated records of all training programs conducted.

保存好所有的公司培训记录,并管理所有开展过培训课程的记录,并确保所有记录有据可查。

•Ensure effective training programs are in place for the following:

确保有效地开展以下培训课程:

•New Employee Orientation 新员工入职培训

•Train the Trainer  培训导师培训

•Customer Service Training 对客服务培训

•Technical job specific training  工作技能培训

•Supervisory Skills Training  管理技能培训

•Management Development  管理发展

•Fire, Life and Safety Training  防火、安全培训

•Selling Skills  销售技巧培训

•Employee retraining 员工再教育

•Prepare and monitor training programs for:

•Hotel School Trainees, etc 酒店学校培训生培训课程等

•Produce monthly training reports for HRD and the General Manager including

制作月度培训报告,提交至人力资源总监和总经理

•Liaise with educational institutions conducting hospitality and training courses if necessary.

与各大酒店管理院校保持联系,如有需要,开展相关的酒店业课程。

•Maintain current information and records of suppliers of training resources and materials.

保存好所有培训资源和培训资料的供应商的最新信息和记录。

•Coordinate with Nanshufang to encourage participation from staff to learn Chinese culture.

与楠书房协作,鼓励员工参与中国文化的学习。

•Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions to Line Managers in line with the company guidelines.

根据集团的指导方针,为各部门经理对员工的工作表现评估提供协助意见。

•Organize and implement the company’s recognition programs.

组织和实施公司的认可奖励项目。

•Build teamwork and enhance the team’s commitments to their works and the organization.

通过团队合作建设,确保部门所有成员能认真完成和落实公司和部门经理交办的各项工作任务。

•Delegate appropriate responsibility to others based on their ability whilst ensuring they have sufficient authority and resources.

根据下属的工作能力,委派工作任务。同时要确保他/她们获得足够的工作授权和资源支持。

•Communicate the vision and brand personality to the team and ensure it is integrated in the department’s business practices.

向部门员工讲解品牌特性,并把其融入部门的运营实践中。

•Actively and successfully train people for current assignments and future growth.

积极、努力对员工开展工作内容和未来成长方面的培训。

•Set and communicate high performance standards.

制定并传递高效工作的标准。

•Recognize outstanding individual performance in the department and deal with substandard performance fairly and immediately.

对工作表现杰出的部门员工进行表扬,并对低于工作标准要求的员工进行公正和即时的处理。

•Coaches, counsels and disciplines employees, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.

指导、劝告和规范员工,为强化工作表现提供建设性反馈。


OTHER RESPONSIBLITIES 其他工作职责:

•Assist in preparing the Training Budget and the annual business plan for the department.

协助起草公司培训预算及部门年度经营计划。

•Monitor the department’s budget and proactively implement corrective action where necessary.

监督部门的预算开支情况,并主动实施必要的整改方案。

•Control cost whilst ensuring guests get value for money.

进行部门成本控制,同时确保客人消费物有所值。

•Recycles where-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to staff.

回收利用可能使用的物品并对员工采取节约成本的措施。

•Communicate effectively within the organization at all levels using the most appropriate communication method for the matter concerned.

通过合适的沟通方式,与公司各层级同事保持有效良好的沟通。

•Conduct daily briefings and ensure follow-up.

开展部门每日例会,确保部门工作落实到位。

•Be in charge of hotel activities to build up Aman culture in the hotel, including birthday party, hotel knowledge competition, charity organization, team building, dormitory activity, staff party, etc.

通过活动的组织和召开树立安缦文化,包括生日会、酒店知识竞赛、慈善组织活动、团队建设、宿舍活动和年会等。

•Be in charge of commination part to build up Aman cultire, including HR wechat, culture wall notice board, townhall meeting, staff committee meeting, etc.

负责酒店的文化沟通,树立安缦文化。包括人力资源微信推送、文化墙公告栏、员工大会和员工委员会等。

•Deliver the Corporate Culture to all employees and ensure their performances in line with the company’s values and guiding principles.

给员工教授和传递企业文化,并确保员工表现与企业价值观和知道原则保持一致。

•Maintain an open door policy and counsel individual employees when required.

保持大门敞开政策,安抚需要关注的员工。

•Regularly communicate with employees and maintain good relations.

定期与员工进行沟通,并保持良好的员工关系。

•Adjust to changes in job requirements and the company’s operational strategies to meet business needs.

根据公司的运营战略目标,调整工作要求以满足公司经营需要。

•Maintain an efficient and effective administrative system.

保持良好高效的部门行政管理体系。

•Continue professional development by self-directed learning and participation in company sponsored training programs.

持续自我学习和提升,并参与公司组织的各项培训课程。

•Keep abreast of developments affecting your field of expertise.

与培训知识领域的发展保持一致。

•Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.

熟悉公司的安全、急救、防火及紧急事故处理程序,并安全谨慎地操作各项设备。
