岗位职责/职位描述

MainDuties and Responsibilities

Oversee both F&B service and culinaryteam, reports to General Manager

Develop the food and beverage strategy inorder to provide innovative and exciting guest experiences;

Develop Annual Business Plan, and Salesand Marketing Plans to ensure food and beverage is adequately represented;

Monitor the activities and trends ofcompetitor hotels, restaurants and bars and keep up to date with internationaltrends in order to ensure the competitive advantage of the hotel;

Monitor service and food and beveragestandards in all outlets and kitchens ensuring that managers take correctiveactions as necessary;

Coach, develop and lead service andculinary team to reach business objectives;

Lead the two executive chefs to overseethe food cost, preparation, presentation and service of food products to ensurethe highest quality at all times;

Co-ordinate the organizational andadministrative functions in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department toensure delivery of the strategy and compliance with Aman standards;

Personally and frequently interact withguests at the resort to ensure satisfaction and make continuous improvement;

•Handle local government and vendorrelations.


Particularskills and qualifications for this role

2 Years DOFB experience at least;

Know Shanghai F&B market situation;

Good communication & coaching skill,strong leadership, collaborative, hands-on person, strategic thinking.
