岗位职责/职位描述

Please note that this is not an exhaustivelist of everything that needs to be done. Aman employees always find new ways to look after the business, theirguests, and their colleagues.  Withinthis, the key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with media bookings, including overnight stays, spa andF&B reservations

For all overnight media stays, ensuring all elements of the stayare organized.

Together with the Communications Director, preparing presskit/gift/welcome letters/SAG (Special Attention Guest) forms ahead of mediastays.

Keeping the calendar of media visits up to date for theCommunications Team and making diary appointments with alerts for all pressvisits, highlighting VIP journalist visits in particular.

Assisting the Communications Director with the coordination ofgroup media trips including itineraries, ground arrangements, face sheets.

Distributing top tier coverage generated internationally andlocally within the hotel team

Being the on property Social Media Champion with the sourcing ofrelevant and engaging content and images.

Assisting with the organization of media related events at thehotel.

Ensuring the hotel press kit and photography assets are kept up todate and shared with the Corporate PR team for distribution across global PRnetwork.

Assisting the Communications team to devise newsworthy and creativestories to help promote the F&B outlets, spa, and hotel both internationallyand locally.

Providing assistance to the Communications Director in the planningand management of editorial photoshoots and filming requests on property,ensuring that relevant departments are briefed and in support.

Providing day-to-day support and working closely with PetrieCommunications (local PR agency) .

Forwarding any international media requests to the relevant agencyfor handling.

Updating Website content and imagery where necessary in conjunctionwith Aman corporate marketing team.

Supporting Director of Communications to manage Amanyangyun WeChataccount.

Being the on property e-commerce champion to manage hotel’s e-chop.

PARTICULAR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FORTHIS ROLE

At least one-year experience in related fields.

Exceptional fluent English and Chinese - written and verbal.

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and photo shop to an advanced level. 

Knowledge of social media channels in regular business use.

Ability to priorities and handle a wide range of administrativesupport related tasks simultaneously.
