ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作职责：
·Direct and coordinate hotel financial planning and budget management functions.

·Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget

·Direct and coordinate debt financing and debt service payments with external agencies

·Oversee daily operations of the finance department

·Manage the preparation of the official annual report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses.

·Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts

·Conduct regular spot checks on procedures for purchasing, receiving, storing, issuing, food preparing and portioning

·Conduct regular spot checks on portion control of all items dispensed in the kitchen

·Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions

4 - 5 years at least of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
