岗位职责/职位描述

 

1.           The ability to enhance guest dining experience by using Chinese food/ local products and promote throughout the year.

2.          To establish and follow up on standard, sequence of service and service procedure.

3.          To supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and service.

4.          To ensure cleanliness of service area, pantry and guest area by establishing and enforcing clean-up schedules.

5.          To maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.

6.          To posses management ability that ensures a successful handling of the Chinese restaurant.

7.          To control reservations and seating of the restaurant with regards to service standards.

8.          To ensure correct and consistent service techniques for various meal periods will be demonstrated by all employee members.

9.          To observe daily conditions of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant; makes recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

10.        To communicate with the Manager and Food and Beverage Manager to discuss menus, marketing strategies and guest comments and concerns.

11.         To promote team work and foster a harmonious working climate.

12.        To promote good public relation and handle complaints or concerns of guests.

13.        To recognize and address potential intoxicated, disruptive or undesirable guests.

14.        To promote cleanliness environment in all working area.

15.        The ability to continually be aware of departmental needs as they relate to production and staffing.

16.        The ability to forecast workloads and checks work schedules prepared by subordinate managers for all restaurant, lounge and bar employees.

17.        The ability to conduct the initial and continual training of all new and current food and beverage service employees.

18.        The ability to formulate and recommend changes to improve employees' performance and teamwork.

19.        The ability to assist manager and review employee’s performance.

20.       The ability to keep employees informed about resort policies and changes.  Develops analyses and implements merchandising that meet the profile of Aman Resort and guest patronage. 

21.        Manages and controls overall expenses of the outlets focusing on higher revenue and profit.

11.促进团队工作,营造和谐的工作氛围。

12.促进良好的公共关系,处理客人的投诉或关心。

13.认识和处理潜在的醉酒、捣乱或不受欢迎的客人。

14.促进所有工作区域的清洁环境。

15.不断地意识到部门需求与生产和人员配置相关。

16.预测工作负载,检查餐厅、休息室和酒吧员工准备的工作安排。

17.对所有新员工和服务员工进行初始和持续的培训。

18.制定并建议改变,以提高员工的表现和团队精神。

19.协助经理并审查员工绩效的能力。

20.能够让员工了解酒店的政策和变化。发展分析和实施商品的销售,以满足阿曼度假酒店和宾客惠顾的形象。

21.管理和控制门店的整体费用,集中于更高的收入和利润。
