1.Reports directly to and communicates with the Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting butler service and guest experience.
直接向前厅部经理汇报并就所有与管家服务及宾客体验相关的问题进行沟通。
2.Provides personalized, dedicated butler service for VIP, suite guests and IHG Rewards Club elite members.
为贵宾、套房宾客及IHG优悦会高端会员提供专属、定制化管家服务。
3.Anticipates guest preferences, arranges in-room preparation, welcome amenities and personalized services in advance.
预判宾客喜好，提前做好客房布置、欢迎礼及个性化服务安排。
4.Assists with express check-in, check-out, luggage handling, escorting and welcoming VIP guests.
协助贵宾快速办理入住退房、行李服务、迎送及陪同服务。
5.Assists front desk with check-in, check-out and guest services during peak periods.
前台繁忙时协助办理入住、退房及对客服务。
6. Coordinates with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and other departments to fulfill guest
requests promptly.
与客房部、餐饮部、工程部及其他部门协调，及时满足宾客需求。
7.Handles guest complaints, special requests and emergencies professionally and effectively.
 专业高效处理宾客投诉、特殊需求及各类突发事件。
8.Ensures guest rooms, suites and private areas maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
确保客房、套房及专属区域保持高标准清洁与美观状态。
9. Assists Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.
协助客户关系部迎接、安排及送别贵宾。
10.Monitors personal grooming, uniform, hygiene and professional conduct strictly in line with brand standards.
严格按照品牌标准保持个人仪容、制服、卫生及职业行为。
11.Maintains confidentiality of guest information and protects guest privacy at all times.
严格保密宾客信息，全程维护宾客隐私安全。
12.Promotes hotel facilities, services and inter-hotel privileges to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
推广酒店设施、服务与店际权益，提升宾客满意度与收益。
13.Fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures and takes proper actions when needed.
熟知酒店所有紧急处理程序，并在需要时采取正确行动。   
14.Ensures butler service is delivered in line with InterContinental brand standards.
 确保管家服务符合洲际品牌标准。
