·         To assist Club Millesime Manager to manage for all activities at the Club Millesime, lead the shift to complete the tasks. Maintains a steady flow of communication to Club Millesime Manager and other section supervisors.
负责协助行政楼层经理管理行政楼层所有的事务，带领各班次完成工作任务。与行政楼层经理其它部门主管保持经常稳定的沟通。
·         Be good knowledgeable with brand standard and implement it. To implement the department’s SOP, P&P, rules and regulations, to ensure that standards are in accordance with the operations manual. To ensure all Club Millesime Agent adhere to the Hotel rules and regulation.
熟知并执行品牌标准。执行部门工作运行手册、规章制度、政策与程序，确保所有工作符合酒店标准。保所有的行政楼层接待员能遵守酒店的规章制度。
·         Prepare and check various daily and monthly records and reports, and other reports as required.
按需求准备及检查各种日报表、月报表及其它工作报告。
·         To assist manger to supervises Club Millesime operation and workflow to maximize guests’ satisfaction.
协助行政楼层经理监督管理行政楼层的正常运营和流程，以最高限度的使客人满意。
·         Observe associate’s performance and give the feedback or direct correctly, report their performance to the manager impersonality.
客观观察员工表现并予以正确指导，向部门经理客观反映员工表现。
·         Implement the training plan, attend or conduct the training according to the plan. Prepares detailed induction programs for new staff.
     执行培训计划，根据计划参加或主持相关培训。为新员工做详细的工作计划。
