1、负责职工食堂菜品制作,保证食品卫生安全,对厨房设备进行日常清洁维护和保养
2.严格执行食品安全管理制度及操作规范,做好餐前准备,控制出品质量
3.确保饭菜的质量和数量满足需求,合理节约开支
4.保持员工用餐环境整洁、卫生,协助处理员工的投诉事项
5.配合各部门的工作,积极完成上级交给的其它任务
职位要求:
年龄26-48岁,性别不限
经验有3年以上酒店或餐饮工作经验
技能熟练烹饪技术、烹饪器具使用、餐具清洗消毒等
能力有较强的动手能力、服务意识、责任感强、良好的沟通表达能力
