1, Under the leadership of the Assistant to the Director of Catering, responsible for the daily operation and management of the Chinese Restaurant.
    在餐饮总监助理的领导下，负责中餐厅的日常经营管理工作。

2, Make annual and monthly management plan of Chinese restaurant, lead restaurant staff to fulfill reception task and management target actively, strive to increase restaurant sales income; analyze and report restaurant annual, monthly management situation.
    制定中餐厅年度、月度经营管理计划，领导餐厅员工积极完成各项接待任务和经营指标，努力提高餐厅销售收入；分析和报告餐厅年度、月度经营管理情况。 
 
3. Attend the regular meeting chaired by the Director of Food and Beverage (Manager), and make reasonable suggestions. Master all-round Chinese restaurant reservations and important reception activities, hosted the holding of Chinese restaurant related meetings.
    参加餐饮总监（经理）主持的工作例会，提出合理化建议。全面掌握中餐厅预订和重要接待活动，主持召开中餐厅有关会议。 

4, Develop good customer relationship, personally supervise or participate in important reception activities, actively seek guest comments and suggestions, handle guest complaints. Supervise the establishment and improvement of customer reception files.
   发展良好的客户关系，亲自督导或参与重要接待活动，积极征求宾客意见和建议，处理客人投诉。监督建立并完善客户接待档案。 
 
5, keep close contact and cooperation with chef, put forward the suggestion of food sale, feedback guest demand to chef in time, provide basis for food raw material purchasing and kitchen serving.
   与厨师长保持密切联系和合作，提出有关食品销售建议，及时将客人需求反馈给厨师长，为食品原料的采购和厨房出菜提供依据。 
 
6、Manage the schedule, take the lead in implementing the hotel class work, supervise the Chinese restaurant supervisor's main rules and regulations.
    管制定排班表，带头执行酒店班工作，监督做好中餐厅主管的排餐厅主各项规章制度。
