1.Holder of Firefighter Level 4 / Intermediate Skill Certificate

持有消防员四级/中级技能证书

2. Health and Safety risks. Note any condition that might constitute a risk to the health and safety of guests, associates or visitors. Rectify the situation if possible; otherwise report it to the appropriate department for action. Record the action taken in your patrol report and report to Security supervisor.

安全及健康方面的危险，记录下任何可能对客人、员工或访客产生安全或健康危险的情况，如果可能应立即消除此隐患，否则应立即通知相关部门，在巡逻表上记录所采取的行动，并通知当班主管。

3. Check that all fire equipment is in place and in working order.

检查所有消防器材、消防栓箱的完好性，确保其在正确的位置并能正常工作。

4. Ensure that the doors to the stores, offices and plant rooms are closed and locked when not in use. Ensure that guestroom doors are not left opening without valid reason.

确保仓库、办公室、商店、机房、写字间的门在不使用时应是上锁的，确保客人房间在没有特殊原因时应保持关闭。

5.In public areas, ensure that guests’ property (handbags, coats etc) is not at risk, and advise guests accordingly. Attempt to locate the owner of any unattended property. Be aware of the possibility of explosive/incendiary devices.

在公共区域时，确保客人财产如手提包、外套等，不会处于危险中，提醒相关客人注意，对无主物品应谨慎处理，积极寻找失主，但要意识到可能发生的爆炸或引起燃烧的装置。

6.Politely challenge any persons who seem to you to be suspicious in any way. Ensure that anyone without legitimate business in the hotel leaves the premises.

用适当的方式询问可疑人员，如有需要应将可疑人员或不受欢迎的人员带离酒店。

7. Respond to the behaviors and statements of illegal or criminal elements, make written records of the statements involving personnel and witnesses, and further inquire into the incidents. No matter whether crimes have occurred or not, find out who has committed the crime and contact the police if necessary. If requested by the victim, assist the victim to contact the police and submit a written report to the security officer/security manager.

对违法或犯罪分子的行为和陈述做出反应，对涉及人员、证人的陈述做好书面记录，对事件进一步询问，不管犯罪行为是否已经发生，找出违法犯罪的人员，如有必要联系警方帮助，如果受害人有要求，协助其联系警方，做出书面报告提交安保主管/安保经理。
