Job description:职责义务：
1.      完成上级交代的各项工作任务。
Daily work to wear light makeup, maintain a good working condition, keep smiling welcome guests.
2.      每日上班要化淡妆，保持良好的工作状态，保持微笑迎接客人。
Do a good job before business preparation, do a good job of environmental hygiene in the region.
3.      做好营业前的准备工作，搞好本属区域的环境卫生。
Familiar with facilities and aisle lines and table numbers.
4.      了解熟悉场内的设施及走道线路及桌号。
Take the initiative to answer guest's questions, respond to guest's complaint or dissatisfaction in time, and report to superior in time.
5.      对于客人的提问应主动回答，遇客人投诉或不满，应及时做出反映，并及时向上级报告。
To understand the hotel housing situation.
6.      要了解酒店住房情况。
Know the VIP guest's name and consumption status.
7.      要知道VIP客人的姓名及消费状况。
Make a reservation for the guests.
8.      做好客人的预订情况。
9.Welcome the guest to keep smiling, take the initiative to say hello.
9.  迎送客人保持微笑，主动问好。
9、Performs related duties and special projects as assigned. Maintains full flexibility in his attitude to work even if it requires tasks to be done outside of the job description.
