Job Summary:

职位描述：

1.Provide a professional, support service to the dir. of F&B to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment;

有效的协助餐饮部总监达到部门预算目标；

2.Assist F&B director & manager develop and implement some of the Food and Beverage promotions, strategies and special events in conjunction with the outlet managers, Executive Chef and the Director of Sales and Marketing;

协助餐饮部总监与餐饮部经理，行政总厨和销售部制定销售计划，和大型会议的实施；

3.Coordinate the upkeep and cleanliness of all outlets by liaising with Housekeeping and Maintenance;

协调并且保持餐厅的卫生和设备维护；

4.Handle restaurants complaints in a timely and effective manner;

确保餐厅的投诉都能及时有效的解决；

5.Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured their career path;

有效地发现人才，并能确保所有的员工都能在正确的职位上有所发挥；

6.Implement and maintain training systems;

维护和实施培训系统；

7.Participate in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans;

参与制定销售营运计划；

8.Attend meetings as required;

出席所有需要出席的会议；

9.Ensure that associates comply with the grooming and uniform standards;

确保餐厅员工保持仪容仪表标准；

10.Help to select and appoint new associates within the department;

帮助选择合适的新员工；

11.Ensure compliance with legislated heath and safety requirements within the workplace;

确保工作区域内的安全；

12.Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.

遵守酒店内的所有标准与程序。

Job Requirement:

岗位要求：

1.Good Leadership, Management,Organizational & time management;

良好的领导能力、管理能力、组织能力和时间管理能力；

2.Strong Technical skills,Problem solving skills，Selling & marketing skills

极强的专业技术能力、问题解决能力和销售能力；

3.2-3 years hotel working experience at the position of Assistant F&B manager in Luxury Hotel;

2-3年以上奢华酒店同等职位工作经历；

4.Excellent oraland written English;

优秀的英语书写以及口语能力；

5.Technical school or tourism school with bachelor degree;

旅游学校本科或同等学历。
