Job Summary:

岗位职责：

1. Responsible to take active leadership in managing and upholding the Fire and Life Safety (FLS) in the Hotel;

负责领导酒店消防生命安全(FLS)的管理与维护；

2. Responsible for overseeing and managing Hotel FLS functions as follows:

负责监管酒店FLS工作包括如下：

（1）Fire Prevention Plan

防火计划

（2）Fire Hazards Elimination

消防隐患消除

（3）FLS Systems inspection, testing and maintenance

FLS系统检查、测试及保养

（4）Fire Emergency Plan

消防应急预案

3. Ensure that the Hotel FLS systems comply with local fire safety codes and regulations and corresponding Government permits & certificates are secured;

确保酒店消防生命安全系统符合当地消防安全规章制度并获得相关的政府许可及证书；

4. Ensure that Hotel FLS performance complies with the required Corporate Policy, standards and procedures;

确保酒店FLS工作符合集团政策、标准与程序的规定；

5. Plan and implement FLS systems inspection, testing and maintenance;

计划与进行FLS系统的检查、测试与保养；

6. Establish Fire Prevention and Emergency Response & evacuation procedure;

制定防火和应急响应以及疏散程序；

7. Ensuring that Fire Life Safety training and drills are effectively implemented.

确保消防生命安全培训及演习有效进行。

Job Requirement:

岗位要求：

Must have at least one of the following qualification:

必须拥有以下至少一项资格：

1. Registered, licensed or certified by state or local authority to perform fire safety engineering, or certified by a nationally recognized certification organization;

获国家或地方部门注册、许可或认证从事消防安全工程工作，或者

获国家认可的认证机构认证;

2. Has developed competence through training and experience.

通过培训或工作经验取得相关能力;

3.Computer literate;

电脑操作熟练;

4.Oral and written fluency in English and local language.

良好的英语及中文口语和书写能力虽不是必需但会更适合。
