Major Responsibilities 主要职责：

1.Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management

2.Assist in the planning and development of marketing strategies and promotion plans

3.Represents the hotel and participates in domestic and international sales activities

4.Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers

5.Achieve revenue targets by developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.

6.Seek competitive advantage and increase market share according to market trends.

7.Analyze market opportunities, set specific objectives, develop and effectively implement strategies and plans.

8.Assess market opportunities based on hotel accommodation and conference availability, and assist other departments (e.g., F&B, PR, etc.) to promote and promote promotional activities.

9.Through the training and guidance of the sales staff, formulate the corresponding rules to maximize the sales potential of the team, establish the sense of honor and enhance the loyalty.

Job Specification职位要求:

1.At least 3 years of work experiences at the same position in five star hotel

2.Good communication skills and service oriented
