Job Summary：
1. As an active member of the EXCOM, the DOSM is accountable for managing total hotel sales, advertising and promotional offers within the hotel. .  
2. The role exists to  ensure the generation of all revenues consistent with company practices and hotel positioning, the implementation of goals, performance management, incentives and the coordination of the hotel’s participation in local, regional, national and international advertising and promotion as required as well as the direction of all media and publicity events.
3. Strategic planning to achieve and exceed revenue goals setting clear guidelines for the teams under their control.
4. Lead and support the preparation of the hotel’s annual budget and marketing plan.
5. Actively promote sound sales and revenue management practices to ensure the maximization of hotel space, grow overall REVPAR and Food and Beverage contribution POR, ensuring constant changes are made to yield at every opportunity.
6. Lead the Marketing and Promotional Actives of the hotel for rooms and food and beverage.
7. Produce analysis and reports on a regular basis to support performance and as necessary use these tools to adjust our strategic plan in terms of revenue generation enhancement.
8. Embrace and install in the team the desire for service excellence, constantly pushing the level of service offered to ensure repeat guests and a high level service satisfaction.
9. Develop, coach and counsel members of the sales, marketing and revenue management teams to improve performance and grow the level of knowledge and talent within the hotel.
Job Requirement：
1. Excellent Communication and Presentation ability.  The experience to put the right team together to achieve the objectives of the DOSM and hotel.  
2. A minimum of 10 years hotel experience, ideally including operational experience as well as essentially including sales, marketing and revenue management experience.
3. Experience must be with a luxury branded 5 star  hotels,Marketing Communications, Leadership, Revenue Management, Financial.
4. Mandarin native speaker and English is fluent
