1.Assists Chief steward with daily operation duties

协助管事部经理完成日常营运需求

2.Ensures all kitchens are cleaned and maintained to local government and HACCP standards

3.Works with chemical provider to ensure the correct amounts and type are used in dish wash machines, pot wash and on floors.

4.Assists with banquet set up and brake down.

5.Establishes and maintains cleaning schedules in all kitchens

10. With the Chief Steward has accountability to ensure the hotel meets all FSMS standards through internal and third part audit as well as government bureau inspections.
