Job Summary:
l   Working with the hotel team, drives regular
messaging through the appropriate channels and at a level of luxury according
to Brand Standards and those of the market position of the hotel.  These efforts support the “face of the hotel”
as well as the performance of Food and Beverage.
l   Remains consistently active in the market
place and is aware of changing trends which the hotel may benefit from.  Uses this knowledge to improve the position
and support the performance of the hotel. 
l   Fosters and motivates talent by overseeing
training leading to a clear understanding by the team of expectations.
l   Fully embraces the Brand Tools and resources to maximize exposure
and capitalize on best practices.
l   Conducts, on a regular basis, hotel MARCOM
meetings which focus on events and Food and Beverage messaging to drive
performance.  Reviews such action and
ideas with the Executive Team of the hotel.
l   Maintains effective communication with key
partners and suppliers to ensure maximum benefit through PR related activities
and partnerships.
l   Supports the DOSM with the creation of the
monthly, quarterly and annual Marcom plan, including information on costs,
goals and outcomes.
l   Drives the digital marketing function of the hotel and works with
the creative artist to ensure messaging is of the highest standard and in
accordance with Brand Guidance.
l   Ensures the hotel presence on all outside media is up to date and
relevant. This includes working with brand marketing on the Regent Beijing
hotel website content.  Works with the
Revenue Management team in terms of OTA sites.
l   With the DOSM, maintains effective and open communication the hotel
GM.
l   Is fully aware and prepared of tasks which need to be managed around
the repositioning and renovation of the hotel in terms of print material, on
line content and collateral.
l   Prepares Monthly PR and Communications summary reports for Executive
Management reviewing achievements, exposure and results.

Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation
skills. Experience to put the most effective team together to achieve the
objectives.
A minimum of 10 years professional work
experience with at least 4-5 years at Director Level within an international
luxury environment.
Degree level education in Marketing,
Digital Marketing or Brand Management.
A high level of English communication
both written and oral. 
Hotel experience is useful however not
essential.  Experience at a senior level
in a brand relevant space is desirable.
