1.As an active member of the Department Heads, the DOM is accountable for managing the Communications and Public Relations Plan which promotes and maintains good public relations in order to maintain the prestigious images of the hotels.

2.Duties involve planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Public Relations activities as well as producing and distributing hotels collateral according to the hotels’ and Regent hotel group’s business objectives.

3. Ensure the right people are in the right roles to generate exposure and awareness for the hotel.

4.Supply the MarCom part to the hotel’s marketing plan that leads to achieving the set revenue goals.

5.Understand and survey the market, share insights in market demand and competitor behavior, highlight changes in market conditions that will have an effect on next year’s performance.

6.Initiates and maintains contact print and online media; Manages the relationship with key media personally.

7.Manages all activities of the hotel on national and international social media platforms.

8.Supports and provides input in the hotel’s promotional activities with a high focus on promoting the F&B outlets in the local market.

9.Co-ordinates hotel photography, collateral design, production and distribution in accordance with the corporate brand identity guidelines.

Job Requirement

1. Excellent Communication and presentation ability. Experience to manage a team，leading by example and taking accountability for achieving the set budget goals.

2. A minimum of 6 years hotel experience, ideally including operational experience as well as sales, marketing and revenue management experience.

3. Have relative knowledge of Marketing, PR, Revenue Management, Social Media.

4. Presentation and English skills must be of a high level.
