海航酒店集团ITP项目，依托海航集团国际化人才培养项目，通过总部及成员酒店轮岗交流、入职培训、交叉培训、导师指导等方式，对国际应届毕业生开展国际化、专业化培养，旨在培养中层管理干部， 为海航集团的国际化发展增添助力。

In order to accelerate HNA Hospitality Group’s internationalization process, and provide persistent support for its multinational strategic layout, HNA Hospitality Group is now hiring for high potential international talent and offer orientation training, cross training, mentor guide and rotation opportunities in headquarters and entities, aims to promote the talents to mid-level management elits.

教育经历：国内211、985工程院校以及境外留学全球前200或全美排名前100高校（工程基建、IT类可以放宽至全美排名前150）本科及以上学历

  Educational Experience: Working toward a Bachelor’s degree or advanced degrees from a US Top 100 university/World Top 200 university/ 211,985 Project Universit/ (Construction, IT majors from US Top 150 university are also prefered)

英语水平：大学英语6级/雅思6.5/托福80/托业650及以上，或者英语母语国籍人才

教育经历：国内211、985工程院校以及境外留学全球前200或全美排名前100高校（工程基建、IT类可以放宽至全美排名前150）本科及以上学历

  Language Level: CET 6/IELTS 6.5/TOEFL 80/TOEIC 650 or higher or native speaker.

个人荣誉：优秀学生、奖学金或相关荣誉获得者，积极参与学校比赛并获得优秀成绩

  Merit worthy qualifications: Honor student, scholarship recipient or equivalent, participant/winner of school competition, major recognition or equivalent.

海航旅业集团Top Intern项目 Top Intern

海航酒店集团面向国内外知名院校优秀在校生提供在集团总部职能部门以及位于北京、天津、东莞、三亚等地成员酒店运行部门寒暑假或者半年期实习机会，让学生感受国际化企业工作氛围、在导师的指导下掌握业务专业技能，积累行业工作经验，同时有机会参加海航旗下其他业务集团的业务培训分享，了解世界500强企业的多业务运作模式。成功完成该项目的实习生，将优先获得申请海航酒店集团ITP项目的机会。

HNA Hospitality Group opens summer/winter or half year internship opportunities of hotels in Beijing, Tianjin, Dongguan, Sanya, etc to students studying in top universities in China and overseas, to let students feel international company work environment, grasp professional business skills under instructions of mentors, accumulate industry work experience. What’s more, we will provide opportunities for interns to participate other HNA companies’ business training, to let them know about multi-business operational model of HNA, the global Top 500 company. Students who completed the Top Intern Program have the prioty to apply HNA Hospitality Group’s ITP program.
