Escort Hilton Honors members to the designated check-in counters or Executive Lounge when applicable.

Assist guests with arranging transportation such as taxis, ride-hailing services or hotel vehicles.

Welcome guests arriving via hotel limousine or airport transfer services.
迎接乘坐酒店专车或机场接送服务抵达的宾客。
Monitor scheduled airport transfer arrivals and greet guests accordingly.

Local Knowledge & Guest Guidance

Maintain strong knowledge of nearby attractions, parks, shopping malls, restaurants and transportation options.
熟悉酒店周边景点、公园、商场、餐厅以及交通信息。
Provide helpful directions and recommendations when requested by guests.
在宾客需要时提供方向指引与相关建议。
Be familiar with opening hours and locations of key facilities around the hotel.

VIP Arrival Support
VIP宾客接待
Assist with coordinating VIP arrivals together with Guest Relations and Concierge teams.

任职资格:
Professional appearance with confident and approachable presence.

Fluent Mandarin communication skills.

Ability to communicate in Suzhou dialect is preferred.
能够使用苏州方言沟通者优先。
Required Qualifications必要的资历要求:
Previous experience in international branded hotels is preferred.
具有国际联号品牌酒店工作经验者优先。
xperience in guest-facing roles such as Front Office, Concierge or Guest Relations is an advantage.
具有前台、礼宾或宾客关系岗位经验者优先。
Strong guest service mindset with a proactive attitude.
具备强烈的宾客服务意识和主动服务精神。
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with different hotel departments to resolve guest needs.
具备与酒店各部门沟通协调并解决宾客需求的能力。
Possesses strong observation skills and the ability to recognize returning guests and Hilton Honors members.
具备良好的观察能力,能够识别回头客及Hilton Honors会员。
Maintains professionalism and composure in a busy hotel environment.
