5.Reports and follows up on any maintenance
requirements in close co-operation with engineering department, and ensure that
they are remedied promptly.

6.Ensures all PA Associates are courteous and polite
mannerism at all times.

8.Ensures that staff uses and maintains cleaning

9.Ensures that supplies for Public Area are
replenished timely and that regulations of the department and hotel are being
followed.

10.Checks associates are neat and well presented at
all times. Proper usage of chemical with minimum wastage.

12.Schedules and supervises the scrubbing and shampoo
of carpet /upholstery in his areas of responsibilities.

13.Inspect the public area regularly during shift.

14.Ensure the flowers and plants in good conditions,
report to Executive Housekeeper if find any problems and inform the supplier to

15.Ensure the PA storeroom is clean and that chemicals
and tools are prepared well.

17.Assumes other duties assigned by the Executive
