6. Manage and ensure a smooth operation of reservation department in accordance with hotel’s policies and procedures. Ensure outstanding external and internal customer services.

7.Reservation Department Operations预订部运营
• Supervise Reservations on daily operation. Make sure to deliver a smooth and high standard reservation operation. 管理预订部的日常运营，确保顺畅高水准的预订部运营。
• Properly arrange department manning and job assignment, and organize a proper duty roster. 妥善管理部门人力和工作安排，制定合理的预订部员工排班表。
• Anticipate guest needs and provide good experiences for both external and internal guests. 预测客人需求，为内外部客人提供良好的服务体验。
• Achieve goal of Mystery Shopper Calls. 达成神秘电话访客测试的目标。
• Handle and eliminate guest complaints. 处理并力求减少客人投诉。
• Keep confidential on all guest information. 为所有客人信息保密。
• Conversant with all third party online travel agencies in particular to reservation and payment accuracy. 保持与OTA的沟通，尤其是确保预订和付款信息的准确性。
8. Team Building and Development 团队建设和发展
• Build up the reservation department and keep a motivation and positive team morale. 组建预订部团队，营造健康积极的团队气氛。
• Achieve ES goal. 达成“员工心声”年度目标。
9. Revenue Management 收益管理
• Lead the upselling program and achieve upselling goal. 领导预订部升级销售项目，达成部门升级销售目标。
• Proactively provide feedback and suggestion to DORM regarding market information, system setup and revenue strategy. 就市场信息、系统设置、收益管理策略等，积极主动地向收益管理总监提供反馈及建议。
