1. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in Opera system. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks. Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in computer system, verifying guest identity, requesting form of payment, assigning room, and activating and issuing room key. Sell a room/accommodation to guests without reservations based on availability. Ensure rates match market codes and that any exceptions are documented. Ensure checks that come from outlets (e.g., Health Club, Retail Shop) are scanned and charged to room.
在酒店管理系统Opera中完成收银和结账程序，查看和记录当班所有注意事项。为客人办理入住、退房和调账等手续。确保房费和市场代码一致，如果有任何的不一致，保证有相关的解释和文件支持。确保来自商店（健身房、零售店）的水单正确录入客人账单。
