1. To achieve departmental goals, in terms of Guest Satisfaction, financial targets, training and high talent morale.

2. Development of standards & procedures, in keeping with the hotel policies and procedures.

3. Ensure that beverage service is carried out in accordance with HID and W standards.

4. Ensure all the talent carry out the tasks according to the HID.

5. Continually improving and enhancing service standards, and updating the Standards and Procedures as and when required (HID).

6. Assist Head of Mixology of managing the day to day operations of bar and other beverage operations in the hotel in order to meet and exceed guests’ needs and business requirements whilst ensuring strong talent engagement and adherence to service standards, beverage standard and operating procedures.
