1. Supervise culinary preparation shift operations and ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage Standards, Policies and Procedures。

2. Perform all duties of kitchen associates as required。

3. Recognize superior quality products, temperature, visual appearance presentations and flavor。

4. Maintain food preparation, maintain purchasing, receiving handling and correct storage standards。

5. Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal (Health Department) regulations
