1.	Supervises the repair, maintenance and engineering operations according to the departmental standards.Makes sure all the facilities are in normal operation.
根据部门标准监督维修，维护及工程部操作。确保当值时间内各项设施运作正常。

2.	Supervise all engineering projects and regular inspection of all facilities.
视察酒店内所有工程运作, 定时巡视各项设施。

3.	Provide report of the conditions of machineries at the end of the day.Make sure all equipment, maintenance and repair work could complete soon.
于下班前向上级汇报各类机械的运作情况.确保当值时间内各项装置、保养及检修工程快捷地完成。

4.	Follow-up all contracted projects.
跟办合约工程。               
                                        
5.	Follow-up the previous shift uncompleted works.  Check completed project.  
跟办上一班次未完成的工作。验收完成工程。

6.	Deal and resolve any emergency situations during shift duty and analyses the reason of each problem.
于当值时间内处理及解决紧急事故, 并分析故障原因。   
                                                       
7.	Organize and guide the Building Service Supervisors. 
组织及指导楼宇设备督导的工作。

8.	Promote the effective internal management system. Check each team working log.Report all completed works.
促进有效的内部管理系统。检查各小组之工作记录。报告已完成之指派工作。

9.	Ensure all necessary materials and tools are sufficient.  Check the stock, distribute materials and suggest the quantity of replenishment. 
确保内部所需物料及工具之充足供应，检查库存量，分配用量及建议补足数量。

10.	Promote work efficiency in the department.Distribute work effectively and supervise working schedule of talents carefully.
促进本部门之日常操作效率。有效地分配工作，并且密切监督属下英才之工作进度。
