工程总监在总经理和万豪集团指导原则下，负责管理和指导工程部的运行、维护、修理工作以及保证酒店内各种设备和设施的安全运行。 
To manage and direct the engineering department in the operation, maintenance, repair and improvement of all systems, plants relative to the physical well-being and performance of the property, under the direction of General Manager and within the guidelines of Marriott International. 
 
建立，维护并确保执行所有财务相关政策与程序。 
Establish, maintain and ensure adherence to all finance related policies and procedures. 
 
紧密协助总经理贯彻落实，完成或及维护酒店及万豪国际集团的目标和任务。 
Work closely with the General Manager in implementing, achieving and maintaining the hotel’s and Marriott International goals and objectives. 
 
作为酒店行政委员会的成员之一，参与酒店管理。 
Participate in hotel management as a member of the hotel Executive Team.
