Responsible for the operation of the kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food, controlling food costs, and generating profits in accordance with the hotel's guidelines. Enforce food hygiene requirements and assist the culinary director in creating the restaurant menu.

在创建促销菜单的过程中，为了确保菜单的有效不仅仅要关注创造性和新颖性，同时也要适应当地市场新鲜度和季节性产品Ensure that menus are not just creative and original but are adapted to the local market using fresh and seasonal products during the creation of promotional menus.

在每一个班次，厨师长必须能够对在会场享受用餐的客人显示他的W的态度和社交能力。厨师长将被要求按照酒店的政策和程序执行他们的职责，以有礼貌、安全和有效的方式，确保高水平的服务保持。作为厨师长，他必须带领他的团队以一个真正的和积极的态度去克服所提出的任何挑战。
During every shift, the Chef de cuisine must be able to show his W attitude and socialize with guests who are enjoying a meal in the venue. The Chef De Cuisine will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained. As Chef De Cuisine, he must lead his team by example with a true and positive attitude and overcome any challenges presented to him.
