Job Descriptions:
Operation Manager / Operation Lead - Regional/Sector
 
Key Accountabilities:
1.Health, Safety & Environment：Take full responsibility for sites HSE, complete and implement all relevant HSE procedures, including HACCP, Risk Assessments, accident and incident reporting, HSE training. Consult and co-operate with Clients on HSE matters.
 
2.Client/Consumer Sales and Marketing: Development of strategic client relationships, deliver the profit for the region through leading the Unit Teams in delivery of their financial targets. Support to Sales activity and retention strategies.
 
3.Ensure the Unit profit of the restaurants. Review trends and adjusting consumable spending accordingly. Deliver budget and comply. Review on a weekly base with all Operation Manager the finance and projection of their P&L.
 
4.Review unit and contract performance, communicate strategy, identify improvements and ensure contract compliance to exceed client expectations as well as customer satisfaction.
 
5.Participate to develop a culture of measuring the impact of each action in terms of dollar value consequences.
 
6.Develop the financial commitment of the associates with a dynamic learning process increasing their capabilities to understand their financial figures and their abilities to take the most accurate decision.
 
7.Ensure the Cost of Food and Labor. Review trends and adjusting consumable budgets accordingly. Deliver budget and comply.
 
8.Team growth and development：Implement strategies to develop, train, maintain and motivate workforce to deliver business requirements. Supervise and support team members’ development by providing training and coaching.
 
Qualification Requirements：
1)Bachelor Degree or above
2)Minimum 5 years of solid operation management experiences in Catering or related industry.
3)Extensive experience of Sales, Marketing or business development experience with a proven track record of success.
4)Ability to maintain and build effective business relationships with customers, management staff and co-workers.
5)Strong cross-functional skills to effectively work with multiple colleagues, manage conflict, and achieve desired results.
6)Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
