汇报对象/Report To: Operation Manager
工作地点/Location: 北京市西城区北京市金融大街7号英蓝国际金融中心17层
1.负责北京高升项目点日常的服务工作,包括但不限于前台、会议服务、茶水间及餐饮服务。
2.人员管理:勤务、休假、调休等。
3.汇报工作:每月账单、备用金报销、项目点数据报表、员工评估、客户和直属经理要求的临时性报表。

工作职责/RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Adhering to Goldman Sachs and Compass Group policies and procedure, as well as maintaining the highest standards possible.
l Provide a “best in class” service to all clients
l Maintain and inspect all conference rooms and pantries in good and clean condition at all times
l Ensure all amenities in the conference rooms are well stocked and organized at all times
l Ensure equipments, amenities and conference room facilities with defects are raised as work orders to relevant departments
l Escorts clients and visitors to the meeting rooms.
l Executes catering order set ups, arrange beverage for functions and events as instructed
l Liaise closely with the events hosts and/or users to plan and source for event and/or meeting requirements
l Report to supervisor or manager for any user or client feedback
l Assist to liaise with outside vendors to carry out equipment maintenance, catering orders and pantry orders
l Prepare stock inventory report and servicing report for management review
l Prepares equipment and utensils inventory report for management review
任职资格/QUALIFICATIONS:
l College degree above, major in administration is preferred
l 2+ relevant working experience in hospitality/administration/F&B service in a large MNC
l Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with the wide range of visitors to you work area
l Customer service focused
l Team player and can-do attitude
l Take pride in personal appearance and hygiene
l Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
l Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
l Good English in speaking and writing
