【岗位职责】
1、负责瑜伽课程的准备及授课，包括编排课程内容、设计动作序列、准备教学辅助工具等。
2、根据学员的水平和需求，合理安排课程进度和难度，确保教学质量。
3、在课程中详细讲解瑜伽动作的要领和注意事项，确保学员正确理解和执行。
4、课后与学员沟通，收集学员的意见和看法，了解教学效果。
5、参与瑜伽课程的推广和招生工作，吸引更多学员参与瑜伽学习。
6、与会馆管理人员沟通，制定课程推广计划，提升瑜伽课程的知名度和影响力。
7、负责教室内的瑜伽器械的检查、维护、报修和清理工作，确保器械的正常使用和学员的安全。

7、具备良好的团队合作精神，能够与其他瑜伽教练和工作人员协作完成教学任务。
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Be responsible for the preparation and teaching of yoga courses, including arranging the course content, designing the movement sequences, and preparing teaching aids, etc.
2. Reasonably arrange the course progress and difficulty according to the students' levels and needs to ensure the teaching quality.
3. Explain in detail the key points and precautions of yoga movements during the course to ensure that students correctly understand and execute them.
4. Communicate with students after class, collect their opinions and feedback, and understand the teaching effect.
5. Participate in the promotion and enrollment work of yoga courses to attract more students to participate in yoga learning.
6. Communicate with the management personnel of the yoga studio, formulate course promotion plans, and enhance the popularity and influence of yoga courses.
7. Be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair reporting and cleaning of the yoga equipment in the classroom to ensure the normal use of the equipment and the safety of students.
【Job Requirements】
1. Have a good command of the basic yoga postures, breathing methods and theoretical knowledge, and possess a solid foundation in yoga.
2. Understand the yoga culture and background, and be able to impart the correct yoga concepts and values to students.
3. Have received professional yoga training and obtained the corresponding qualification certificates.
4. Have certain teaching experience and teaching skills, and be able to independently complete the teaching tasks of yoga courses.
5. Love the yoga industry, and have good professional ethics and a strong sense of responsibility.
6. Have a strong affinity, good language expression and communication skills, and be able to establish a good teacher-student relationship with students.
7. Have a good team spirit of cooperation, and be able to collaborate with other yoga instructors and staff to complete the teaching tasks.
