1.熟悉本岗位职责和日常工作情况，做好餐厅卫生打扫，物品准备。
2.了解菜单，酒水知识，能够为宾客提供规范化，标准化服务。
3.做餐厅安全员，工作中发现安全隐患及时上报。
4.做好餐厅工作的数据记录，服务中主动与宾客交谈，写好宾客档案。
5.做好每班每日交接工作。
6.爱护餐厅设施设备，每日认真做好检查。
