SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务:
Responsible for thecleanliness of assigned guest rooms and service areas.
负责所分配的客房和服务区域的整洁。
Cleans and supplies guestrooms according to BSA standards and working procedures.按照程序和品牌标准打扫和补给客房用品。
PM shift attendants doturndown service according to standard.中班服务员按照标准提供夜床服务。
Respect guest privacy whenroom is on “Do not disturb” status and insert reminder card into guest room.当客房处于”请勿打扰”状态时,尊重客人的隐私并将提示卡塞入客人房间。
Offer all possibleassistance to guests and respond to guests’ request.尽可能地为客人提供帮助,响应客人的要求。
Ensure master keys are keptsecure at all times随时保证万能钥匙的安全。
Keep trolley neat andadequately supplied.保持工作车的整洁和充分的补给。
Maintain all equipment ingood working condition.维持所有的工具处于良好的工作状态。
Keep linen room neat and ingood order保持布草间的整洁和井井有条。
Report any loss or damageof linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to the Floor Supervisor.向楼层主管汇报任何布草,家具,固定物或装置的丢失或损害。
All items found in therooms must be reported immediately to the Order Takerandforward the items to office before duty off.发现遗留物通知办公室文员并在下班前交至文员处。
Check for guest mini barconsumption daily and post the bill.每日检查客人是否消费迷你吧并入账。
Check rooms at 10:00o’clock and call laundry room to pick up and check whether the guest fills inthe laundry list or not.每天十点检查客衣并核对客人是否填写洗衣单，通知洗衣房收取。
Fill in the room attendantwork sheet correctly.每天准确填写服务员工作表。
Report repair andmaintenance required in the guest room immediately to the Order Taker to ensurethat everything in the room is functioning.及时报修客房工程给文员确保各项设施正常运行。
Water potted plant orflowers when necessary.需要时给植物或鲜花浇水养护。
Provided personalizedHousekeeping service to guest.提供个性化的客房服务。
Follow strictly all hotel,laundry and housekeeping departmental policies and procedure to be able toperform duties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively.严格的遵守酒店和客房部的政策和流程有效的发挥到工作中。
Carry out other tasks asdirected by your supervisors完成你上级交待的其它任务。

l Knowledge of hotel rooms and toilet cleaning,  sanitation and maintenance.
对于酒店客房和卫生间的清洁，维修和保养的知识
l  Knowledge of proper use and maintenance of  housekeeping equipment.
对于客房部的设施设备的使用
l  Ability to keep inventory of cleaning supplies,  toilet and guest supplies.
对于清洁用品，客用品的盘点
Language语言能力:
l  Fluent in Chinese; Basic English
流利普通话，基础英语
Education教育:
l  High School and above
