1. Supervises and co-ordinates the activities of personnel responsible for and engaged in the processing of guest and house laundry items.

2. Reports to Laundry Manager major problems and discrepancies in count, defects, or stains in items prior to laundry and dry-cleaning.

向洗衣房经理汇报主要问题和数目的差异，报损或在洗涤过程中出现的瑕疵。

3. Ensures that guest and house laundry items are properly sorted for washing and drying, cleaned and packed accordingly; examines them for tears, stains and missing accessories due to processing; ensures that these are remedied or replaced.

4. Ensures cleanliness, proper handling and maintenance of work area and equipment.

5. Maintains daily checklist of things to be done for each items processed, submit same to Laundry Manager at the end of work day.

6. Shifts personnel from one job to another as necessary and with approval of superior.

7. Performs duties common to all supervisors and other duties as may be assigned.
