岗位职责：
1.负责监督预定部所有的日常工作，达到尽可能高的住房率从而最大化客房收入和利润。

2.发展和维护一个有效的系统，迅速处理信函，确保所有的预定在到店前都被彻底查阅过。

3.关注服务质量，对于预定部各方面的运作给员工全面的培训。

4.在不同的发布渠道系统进行必要的控制和限制，有效管理需求量。

5、管理每日/每月/每年的日常通信（函）的书写。
6、预测现有的和未来的预订情况,客房出租情况并制作预测报表。
7、熟悉处理房间预订的程序。

岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，具备良好的英语读写能力以及沟通能力。

2.对整店的市场预测、市场细分、市场定价、房量控制、超额预订管理、销售渠道管理有有效的策略。

3.5年及以上国际联号酒店相关工作经验。
