酒店前台接待员主要工作职责如下：
1、按酒店规定自查仪表仪容，准时上岗；
2、认真阅读交班记录，完成上一班未完成工作；
3、热情接待各方来宾，为客人提供良好的服务；
4、客人到店时，要主动向客人问好；
5、为客人准确快速地办理入住登记手续，合理安排好各种房间；
6、准确掌握房态并及时与客房部核对房态；
7、与各部门密切联系，做好客人资料、信息的沟通；
8、熟练掌握业务知识及操作技能，负责有关住房、房价、酒店服务设施的咨询推销工作；
9、做好各类报表打印及统计工作；
10、能独立安排散客或团队的房间；
11、检查当天团队房号，并与房态核实；
12、灵活处理团队及散客增减房间及房价问题；
13、了解客情，做好突发事件的解决工作；
14、认真完成主管交给的各项工作，出现问题及时向上级汇报；
15、准确无误地为客人提供叫醒服务；
16、当行李员不在岗时办理外借物品手续；
17、当行李员不在岗时为客人办理存、取行李手续
二、酒店前台接待员岗位要求如下：
1、年龄20~30岁，身高：男1.75米以上；女1.65米以上，身体健康，身材匀称，仪表端庄，气质高雅；
2、大专及以上学历，酒店管理专业优先；
3、能进行基础的英文交流；
4、有工作经验者优先；
5、待客主动热情，乐于关心客人；
6、善于观察，精神饱满，工作细心；
7、具有较强的工作责任心。
语言能力：英语-良好年龄要求：18-30岁
