Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责
1.Assists the Director of Housekeeping with the planning, organization and supervision of the cleaning and maintenance of the floors. 
2. Assist Director of Housekeeping to manage floor, Laundry and PA department. 
3. Ensures that all guest complaints are handled efficiently and politely.
4. Provide support to team members to make sure service and product with high level standard.  
1.协助客房部总监组织和监督完成楼层的清洁和维护计划。
2.协助客房总监管理楼层，洗衣房以及PA部门。
3.确保及时有效地处理所有客人的投诉。
4. 支持团队成员确保高标准的服务和产品。

Preferred Skill and Qualification 任职要求
1.College graduate or Certificate or above
2.Experience required is from 1 to 2 years employment In-related position 
3.Fluent in oral and written English.

2.1到2年同岗位相关工作经验。
3.熟练的英语口语及书写能力。
